Name: Bartholomew "Bart" Henry Allen II
Canon: DC Comics
Age: Chronologically he's only four or five years old, but mentally and physically he's somewhere between 17-19.
Height: 5'2"
Weight: Due to his speedster metabolism it fluctuates constantly, but he's generally somewhere between 100 to 115 pounds.
Appearance: Small in stature, but gangly, with a runner's build, long legs, and big feet. Has yellow eyes and wild brunet hair that's just long enough to frame his face.

Threadjacking: For lighter threads this is fine, for any serious ones please ask first.
Fourth walling: Light fourth wall breaking is fine.
Subjects to avoid: Can't think of anything.
Shipping: I'm good with this and go where the chemistry takes me, playing Bart as Ace/Pan-Romantic.

Physical contact: Go right ahead, Bart doesn't seem to really grasp the concept of personal space anyway. Just so long as he's not being grabbed by the hair he'll probably be fine with it.
Kissing: Prefers if they're platonic unless our characters are already in a relationship.
Flirting: He'll probably be oblivious to most advances thrown his way (or at the very least come off like he's is).
Fighting: Yes, please! But keep in mind, he is a speedster, which means he will be harder for most characters to hit. Even without his powers, he has good reflexes and is pretty quick for a human.
Injuring / Killing this character: I'm good with this. For death or serious injury, ask first and we can maybe plot it out. For perma-death games I'm probably not going to be too big on killing him off.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Yes, but his mind is weird and chaotic and can be painful to try and read just because his thoughts are so rapid.
Warnings: Bart is dealing with PTSD, has some dissociative issues, and has both experienced and witnessed various forms of child abuse, including being preyed upon by someone who knew he was mentally a teenager when he was age accelerated into an adult (though this and the general child abuse, aren't likely to come up unless brought up by someone else).
